The project was born from the need of a four people family to relocate in a 70 sq. m. apartment. The original flat presented some critical situations, as a non-optimal ambiance distribution, a wrong hierarchy of spaces and the presence of only one bathroom. A spatial redistribution has been made in the project, to obtain a bright living-dining room in place of the entrance and a bedroom, two spacious bedrooms, a larger kitchen, two bathrooms, completely equipped with accessories, and two accessory compartments. The grey color underlines the portions interested by the intervention, like a band enveloping the new core of the apartment.
